Today's Literature: Heartbreak House by George Bernard Shaw

Man, I really don't like George Bernard Shaw very much. I'm reading HBH for school, and I'm so sick of his heavyhanded didacticism. Nothing super interesting to say about the literature, so on to the lacquer!

Rawr. I didn't expect to love this color, but I do. It's super pretty, applies like a dream, and is striking enough to draw tons of complements without being flashy.

Today's Literature: The Visible Man by Chuck Kloysterman

I wish I could say I was enjoying The Visible Man, but I'm just not. I've enjoyed some of Kloysterman's other works, but this one just isn't cutting it. Oh well.

On the other hand, I'm loving this polish shade! A creamy warm caramel brown, Fenchurch Street is everything I want in a fall polish- seasonal without being either gloomy or halloweeny. It applied pretty easily- I'm wearing three coats there, but I wouldn't have needed the third if I hadn't messed up my application. I have a feeling that Fenchurch is going to be one of my go-to shades for fall.
